2016 mindset

When you wake up in the morning you have to make a decision. You either will choose to be lazy and get nothing done and not work towards something you want out of life or you will get up and get out there. Dominate everything you do, if you see yourself as an average individual that is what you will be. If you see yourself as a unique extraordinary person and you are willing to do the work and 100 pro-cent believe in yourself, believe in what you are doing with a strong effort and passion. Then you will get what you want. That is the decision people what kind of mindset will you have in 2016??

So it is either you work hard towards what you believe and want and you just don’t do it. Because a lot of times people think they would want something but it is really that they would ”like to have it” and not do the work. ;)… The decision and choice is yours to make. You either be average or you be more and separate yourself from average.

Thank you for reading my blog 🙂 It really makes me happy and motivated.. 2016 will be even better.

I am doing a whole body workout here – every exercise I do, I do 4 sets and 15-20 reps of each.

Squats – Biceps – upper chest 1 set each with 15 reps … then you can have a brake and you start again! – 4 times in total – no brakes in between the exercises.

– obliques – abdominal with swizz ball 1 set each with 15 reps … then you can have a brake and you start again! – 4 times times in total – no brakes in between the exercises.

Walk into 2016 with a fit body and keep your head high!!

You can do anything you set your mind to 😉

Rob Kardashian is Sick

Rob has had problems with overeating and gaining weight the last few years. What a shame he was so hansom when he was slim. Now Rob was taken to an L.A. hospital Sunday after feeling terrible all weekend.

after a battery of tests, Rob was diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis, a serious complication of diabetes that occurs when someone’s body produces high levels of blood acids, or ketones.

Rob had no idea he was diabetic, and it’s a good thing he took precautionary measures. If untreated, the condition can lead to a diabetic coma.

But there’s good news … the doctors told Rob if he eats well and leads a “healthy lifestyle,” he can actually get his diabetes, which is type 2, under control and potentially have it go into remission.

Rob is back at home and resting, and this may be just what the doctor ordered — literally — to get him back on the right path.

 

10 Things I sucked at in 2015

  1. I sucked at partying for more than one night, patying 2 or 3 nights in a row is a killer for me, therefore my friends gave me a amazing nickname ”Grandma” ..
  2. I sucked at keeping my feelings hidden – if I am mad at you, you will deffo know about it..
  3. I sucked at packing in 2015 and all my life. I have been travelling soooo much and I still bring a huge suitcase.. packing light is still not possible!
  4. In 2015 I sucked at waking up early
  5. I sucked at going to bed early..
  6. In 2015, I sucked at picking the right guys… but they where very cute! haha..
  7. I suck at writing things I suck at…. so I will leave it at 9 points..
  8. I suck at high jumps, I tried it at the gym disaster.. lol – Long jumps I rock 😀
  9. I sucked at drawing, not only in 2015.. but all my life 😀
