WHAT IS WINE DOING TO YOUR FACE? HOW BAD DIET HABITS DESTROY YOUR COMPLEXION

face-complexion-ss-759x419

Hey Boys and Girls,

I loved this article by Nigma Talib – I agree with her completely what you eat and drink is SOO important and your BODY AND FACE will look healthy or unhealthy – depending on your lifestyle choices. The first place it shows, is on your face and you can’t hide your face, so please take care of yourself. Our lifestyles choices affects our facial skin so much more than we think. Here are some of the reasons why some of us have wrinkles, blemishes or other skin problems and some of us don’t – your face reflects your lifestyle choices! .. Of course your genes also plays an important role, but keeping your body healthy will definitely reflect on your face and take you a long way in the right direction…

Have a read below ;)… I have always been saying Sugar and Gluten are the Devil!! I made many posts regarding this subject, if you have been listening – you should know this by now. 😉 Dairy isn’t good for you either – but it depends on your digestive system in my opinion. It can vary from person to person, eating a little bit of dairy is not the end of the world in my opinion, but a lot of dairy is bad! Excessive alcohol is not good for any of us. We all know that – and most of us have a drink anyway… oh no BAD. But PLEASE have detox periods – where you give your body a LONG rest from alcohol.

Please keep a way from the 4 devils – sugar, gluten, dairy and alcohol – if you fill your body with all 4 – you are F….. definitely in trouble. You will look like a Granma by the time you hit 40. Watch out my beautiful sexy ladys and hansom gents! I want all of you to stay healthy and beautiful, until you hit 120.. :))..

Common skin problems everyone faces could be a result of poor diet choices. This is according to naturopathic doctor and skincare specialist Nigma Talib who recently wrote the book ‘Reverse The Signs Of Ageing: The Revolutionary Inside-Out Plan To Glowing, Youthful Skin’. She treats celebrities like Sienna Miller, make-up guru Charlotte Tilbury and has been featured in Vanity Fair Magazine.

Talib is convinced that what we eat and drink has a direct impact on our faces. She recognizes and calls these collection of symptoms “dairy face”, “wine face”, “sugar face”, and “gluten face”.

“The second a patient walks into my clinic I can immediately tell the sort of foods they tend to over-eat just by checking the way their face is ageing. In fact, I often find myself reading random faces in the street. I want to run up to strangers and tell them to cut milk out of their diet or hold back on the pasta as it is so clear from their complexion that their diet is doing them harm. For some people, just one wheat-heavy day – cereal for breakfast, bread for lunch and pasta for dinner – is enough to cause bloating and puffiness. A couple of glasses of wine can trigger fine lines around the mouth and eyes, and – if you are intolerant – a creamy sauce or a piece of cheese might trigger a spotty break-out or dark circles under the eyes.”

Face mapping has been commonly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), but many medical professionals in the western world are not trained to look for these more subtle signs. However, alternative practitioners like Dr. Talib can tell when someone walks into their office with a drinking problem because it is written all over their face.

Basically, what one eats or eats too much of determines how the face will age.

“Any issues with the digestion of certain foods – perhaps you have an unknown intolerance or you eat more of a food than you can comfortably digest – can cause a cascade of chemical and hormonal changes that speed the ageing process internally and externally, with the results swiftly showing on your face. Certain food groups appear to be particularly damaging: gluten, dairy, sugar and alcohol. Each taxes the body in specific ways, contributing to a cluster of ageing symptoms such as spots, puffiness, changes in skin tone, premature fine lines and wrinkles or sagging.” (Talib)

Where you age can indicate which organs are overburdened and even it’s root cause.

The part of your face most affected – whether it’s your forehead, chin, cheeks or eyes – will depend on the part of the body being put under most stress by the food group. Here is how Dr. Talib identifies the what is going on in her clients:

wine-sugar-face-dailymail-750x393

Wine Face

Symptoms: Pronounced lines or redness between the eyes, droopy eyelids, enlarged pores, dehydrated skin with feathery lines across cheeks, reddish cheeks and nose, deep nasolabial folds.

Although called wine face, these signs can occur in anyone who tends to consume a high level of alcohol weekly. Alcohol dehydrates the skin, affects the liver, and the high amount of sugar found in alcohol tends to destroy skin elasticity.

How to Fix It: Take a break from alcohol for three weeks and then follow the 80/20 rule. Abstain 80% of the time and indulge 20% of the time.

Sugar Face

Symptoms: Lines and wrinkles on the forehead, sagging under the eyes, gaunt look to the face, painful pustular spots all over the face, thinning of the skin, a grey/pasty white hue to the skin.

It is easy to get into the habit of reaching for a sugary treat when our energy is low at 2pm, it’s an instant pick me up. However, what goes up, must come down. When high blood sugar levels inevitably plummet, it creates vicious cycle that can leave you craving more and more.

As stated earlier, sugar can destroy skin elasticity. According to face mapping, the forehead is associated with the process of digestion, which is why ‘sugar face’ may manifest as blotches or wrinkles on the forehead.

It can also throw off the delicate balance of our gut bacteria which wreaks havoc not only on our face but digestion and the entire body.

How to Fix It: Just stop eating processed sugar. One can gradually remove sugar from their diet if cutting it off completely is too difficult. Even if you just cut your intake in half and gradually wean yourself off sugar, you will notice rapid improvements in your complexion. Try using more natural options like fruit, honey or dates in place of refined white sugar.

Dairy Face

Symptoms: Swollen eyelids, bags and dark circles under eyes, small white spots and bumps on the chin.

Overtime, most people lose the ability to digest dairy properly. This causes inflammation as the body tries to fight off the dairy with inflammation inducing chemicals.

For example: the same inflammatory process that causes redness, swelling and heat around a sprained ankle or splinter, can trigger puffy eyelids, under-eye bags and dark circles on your face.

Also, most of the milk on the market is full of artificial hormones that are fed to the cows. These also cause problems by disrupting your own hormone system and shows up in the chin area which in face mapping represents the reproductive organs.

How to Fix It: If one feels that they may have an intolerance to dairy, they should remove it completely from their diet for three weeks and observe any changes in their complexion but also their digestion and energy levels!

Gluten Face

Symptoms: Puffy red cheeks, dark pigmentation patches or spots around chin.

A reaction to gluten takes its toll on the immune system, in turn disrupting the delicate balance of reproductive hormones, resulting in spots or dark pigmentation on the chin, the area associated with the reproductive organs.

Some patients who have been suffering for years from rosacea – a skin condition characterised by a red rash over the cheeks – have found it much improved, or entirely controlled, when they remove gluten from their diets.

How to Fix It: If gluten is the problem, cut it from your diet. When it comes to gluten, “cutting back” won’t do the trick, it has to be completely removed. Drink plenty of water and get enough fiber. This will help balance out the skin and redefine your cheekbones.

What a beautiful couple damn… Hotness, Hotness… Please peeps let yourself be inspired by how there psychical appearance looks!! They are in SOO good shape..

Sofia is 43 and her young hunk is 38 – Joe Manganiello,

Read below what sofia had to say on the Jimmy Kimmel show 😉

“We’re very excited. We’ll kind of keep it a little private, but it’s been kind of impossible because people have been very excited in my family. It’s like 400,” Vergara, 43, told host Jimmy Kimmel. “It was very hard [to cut down]. We said, ‘200 for you, 200 for me,’ but my 200 is like family, so I couldn’t invite many of my friends.”

Vergara and the Magic Mike XXL hunk, 38, said “I do” at Florida’s Breakers Palm Beach resort on Nov. 22. “The truth is that he gave me some of his [invites] because I was in trouble,” Vergara added. “There were people from work that I needed to bring.”

As previously reported, Manganiello popped the question to Vergara in Hawaii last December after six months of dating. “The Christmas gift wasn’t as good as this,” Vergara teased to Kimmel. “So I couldn’t complain! He knew exactly what I deserved.” the Hot Pursuit star was initially hesitant about getting involved with the True Blood alum, but is grateful that she did.

“He’s great. Super handsome — too handsome. I told him when I met him that he was too handsome. But now I’m very grateful that I did went out with him,” she said Monday night. “I thought he was going to be too much work, because girls were throwing themselves at him. I’m like, ‘Ay, no. Please, I want somebody normal.'”

Unfortunately, women still fangirl over her man. “Girls don’t care. I mean, have you seen him? I mean, I understand,” she joked. “I don’t judge them!”

hahahaha I like her style 😉

A Fool In Love ;)

Falling in love makes otherwise smart and self-respecting people feel, and act, ridiculous. This is a fact. Whether it’s finding pathetic excuses to call again when he doesn’t call back right away, or scheming to run into her outside her office “by accident,” I don’t know anyone hasn’t, at least once, gone a bit bonkers for a new love.

It’s not as if you don’t at least suspectwhen it’s happening, that you’re being an idiot.  But that doesn’t help you, because you tackle your idiocy from the wrong end: You try, by sheer force of will, to purge yourself of your idiotic impulses. This never, ever works—which is why, despite swearing to yourself and your friends that you are going to play it cool this time, you’ll still end up sneaking off to the bathroom to check your messages again, for the twentieth time that day.

You need a better approach.

The fact of the matter is, you can’t make yourself stop wanting to do dumb things when you have fallen hard for someone, any more than you can make yourself stop wanting cheesecake, or a cigarette, or a martini, or anything else that tempts you. Take a moment to let that sink in, because it’s really important.

I’ll wait.

Now, the good news: You can stop actually doing things that make you look and feel like an idiot, despite the fact that you really want to do them, if you use the right strategy. You can stop the compulsive voicemail and email-checking, the constant texting, and the Facebook stalking. You can stop yourself from Googling his name (again). You can shut out all those premature thoughts of what your wedding will be like, and what you’ll name your children. And when you’re wondering on your second date if she has fallen in love with you yet, you can stop yourself from actually asking her.

The solution begins with embracing the idea that dating is like dieting. Nobody loses weight by deciding that they just won’t want calorie-rich food anymore. You can’t talk yourself out of wanting french fries. And if you’re counting on the sheer force of will to see you through when you feel tempted, you’re going to end up eating a lot of french fries.

The next step is to do some if-then planning. More than 100 scientific studies—on everything from diet and exercise – You all know I am the queen of exercise!! anyway – to curbing spending and quitting smoking—have shown that deciding in advance how you will handle your impulses (e.g., If I am hungry and want a snack, then I will choose a healthy option like fruit or veggies,” or “If I want to smoke, then I’ll step outside and take a deep breath”) will double or triple your chances for success.

The key to a successful plan involves deciding what you will do instead. So when you are taken by the desire to try to track him down on Facebook or Instagram, or to leave that “not sure if you got my last message” message on her answering machine, what more productive, non-creepy behavior will you replace it with? My mother once giving me some excellent advice about a boyfriend I was obsessing over: “If you feel like calling him,” she said, “then call me.” You don’t have to call your mother when love messes with your head, but having some sort of plan in place is essential… LOL.. Thank you Mommy!

If-then plans are simple, easy to create, and extraordinarily effective when it comes to resisting temptation, edible or otherwise. Just taking a moment to decide, in advance, how you will handle your less attractive impulses could mean the difference between finding Mr. or Ms. Right, and seriously freaking them out.

Good Luck out there.. Hopefully this will give you some tools to control yourself this weekend, if you are hid hard!! .. By the way have fun with it, go nuts enjoy life!! What is there to be more excited about than a cute boy or girl in your life.

Enjoy the weekend!!
