Here I am showing 3 different exercises. The first one is a stability/balance exercise, the second one is a Great BOOTY BOOSTER and stability combo exercise, the third one is deadlifts with a kettle bell you have probably seen this one before ;).. Anyway the technique is always very important when you do deadlifts – keep working on it, until you have it locked down.
