Here I am showing 3 different ways of training your Ass – The first one I am using my Abs and Glutes at the same time. The second and third are only focusing on my Gluteus (Bum) .. I finish off with a amazing abdominal exercise!! The most important thing when you workout is KICK YOUR OWN ASS UNTIL YOU FAINT :)!!
