The human body will always impress me, not only regarding looks. But how fantastic our internal system works! I will never get tired of studying how amazing we are designed. muscles, bones, organs, nerves system, hormone system, digestive system, our BRAIN! psychological and physiological!! I am always amazed…

I have taken 5 educations where I studied this subject. Sports Masseuse, Beautician, Personal Trainer, Fitness Trainer and Spin instructor.

I could take 5 more!! I will never get bored of it!
