  5. Go to the gym and get those happy brain endorphin’s released
  6. Take a warm beach vacation
  7. Cuddle up with a sexy person and get spoiled with food and kisses 😉
  8. Laugh with your friends, stay social make appointments, don’t be alone to much..
  9. Plan for the future so you have exciting things to look forward too
  10.  Suntan your ass, but cover your face and neck to avoid wrinkles 😉
